OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE RELEVANT SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100 USD, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

YOU HEREBY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION AGAINST US.

ANY CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR OUR SERVICES MUST BE COMMENCED WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE CAUSE OF ACTION ACCRUES.
